Return Process

  Securely pack your AOOSTAR mini PC in its original packaging, including all power adapters, cables, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and original components, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
