What is included in the box with my Mini PC?
Each AOOSTAR Mini PC comes with the power adapter, an HDMI cable, a VESA mounting bracket with screws, and a quick start guide. Specific high-end models may also include additional SATA cables for storage expansion.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our Mini PCs worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 7-15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply for certain regions.
Are AOOSTAR Mini PCs covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All AOOSTAR products include a 1-year limited hardware warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Our technical support team is also available to assist with software troubleshooting.
Can I upgrade the RAM and storage myself?
Yes, most AOOSTAR models are designed for easy upgrades. They typically feature dual-channel DDR4/DDR5 SO-DIMM slots and M.2 NVMe SSD slots. Opening the chassis for upgrades does not void your warranty, provided no physical damage occurs during the process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Which operating systems are supported?
Our Mini PCs come pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro. However, they are fully compatible with various Linux distributions (such as Ubuntu, Debian, and Proxmox) as well as specialized software like pfSense for networking applications.
